NESTEC’s achievements and our drive to continually innovate have always been directly tied to the success of our customers. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations and keeping their air emission control equipment operating safely and efficiently without downtime and/or interruption to their process is our primary mission………………we are CUSTOMER FIRST!
NESTEC originally started by rebuilding and servicing all makes of RTOs and oxidizers. Building on the experience gained from hundreds of inspections, detailed studies, service projects, and all manner of rebuilds, NESTEC continues to make response and service our first goal to our customers. Our products are always engineered with a mindset towards putting the CUSTOMER FIRST. We do that by offering SMART Solutions for process operation that lower costs, increase efficiency, make maintenance easier to accomplish, and enable superior reliability.
Every project is built on a foundation of in-depth research. The more information NESTEC can obtain regarding the process operation and the associated air emission control requirements, the better the solution:
“Spend a lot of time talking to customers face to face. You’d be amazed how many companies don’t listen to their customers.” ~Ross Perot
NESTEC listens to our customers and never tries to tell them what they want. Rather, we offer optimized solutions that are tailored to the needs and project constraints they express.
The ultimate goal is to have our products and customer service ranked as not just the best anywhere, but downright legendary! NESTEC has engineered a multitude of enhanced RTO features that can be custom fit to any make or style of RTO to improve performance and reliability:
- NESTEC offers robust, extremely maintainable RTO system design features, supported by well thought out preventative maintenance programs, to provide a smart solution for the application base, and always with a Customer First approach
- We have the resources and extensive in-depth experience to provide On-Line and Off-Line Inspections as well as remote fast assistance and field service resources to repair and/or upgrade the system for the life of the equipment
- 24 Hour, 7 day a week Service Support capability ensures RTO performance and reliability
- NESTEC’s annual RTO inspection is essential to unlocking substantial energy savings and reductions in potential lost production time
- NESTEC offers a complete, detailed annual inspection, which includes recording RTO/RCO and/or WESP Operational Histories (via an on-site pre-inspection meeting with customer), as well as review of:
- Potential safety hazards
- Both past and planned process and equipment changes
- Maintenance logs for any repairs in the past year
- Equipment settings
- Programing and electrical systems
- Past problems and/or maintenance issues
- Detailed internal/external inspection checklist:
- Internal burner/combustion chamber inspection (to ensure that all refractory modules are in good shape and that the ceramic media shows no signs of degradation)
- Removal of the main fan access hatch to examine the wheel for signs of particulate deposition or corrosion
- Inspection of the main fan coupling to ensure proper alignment is being maintained
- Examination of the combustion blower internals
- Verification of all instrumentation calibration
- Sampling, testing, and analysis of activity and contaminants related to RCO Catalysts (if included)
- Other items as required
- NESTEC offers a complete, detailed annual inspection, which includes recording RTO/RCO and/or WESP Operational Histories (via an on-site pre-inspection meeting with customer), as well as review of:
- Upgrade Opportunities:
- Add a NESTEC Auto Thermal Alignment ControlPotentially reduce the RTO differential temperature by 10%
- At 100oF differential = ((10 degrees) (1000 wSCFM) (1.08))/0.84 at $4/mmBTU and 8760 hr/yr = a savings of $450/1000 wSCFM of RTO flow
- At 100oF differential = ((10 degrees) (1000 wSCFM) (1.08))/0.84 at $4/mmBTU and 8760 hr/yr = a savings of $450/1000 wSCFM of RTO flow
- Contact NESTEC for a free evaluation of your RTO and find out how much savings and increased performance can be achieved. Add Natural Gas Enhancement System (NGE)
- NGE is a standalone system that incorporates enhanced or intrinsic safety features which meet FM 6-11 requirements and still provides a potential of 15 to 25% fuel savings over a standard RTO burner operation
- Several other potential features are available and can be identified with the annual inspection
- Upgrade flow control valves for increased performance and reliability
- Add easy access features for inspection and maintenance
- Add a NESTEC Auto Thermal Alignment ControlPotentially reduce the RTO differential temperature by 10%
