Greater safety and greater efficiency
Thermal oxidation solutions are all designed with the primary goal of destroying VOCs in processed emissions, but all processed emissions contain some level of particulate matter. Even a moderate concentration of particulates can result in decreased performance and harm to an oxidation system, or worse, pose a severe fire hazard.
Particulate control systems are a necessary component of all thermal oxidation processes, keeping the systems they are a part of running longer, with less need for maintenance and greater safety for employees. Some of these systems also possess the added benefit of allowing manufacturers to recover valuable granular materials.
Getting rid of airborne particulate pollution
Since incorporation in 1999, NESTEC has supplied prepackaged and skid-mounted particulate control equipment in conjunction with thermal oxidizer solutions to dozens of industries for a wide range of airborne particulate pollution control and granular material recovery applications. The company’s engineers evaluate the needs of each individual manufacturer to ensure the most efficient and complete solution for their every need.
NESTEC’s particulate control solutions include venturi scrubbers, wet electrostatic precipitators (WESP), fabric filters (baghouses), cyclones and mist eliminators so that the company can provide an answer to particulates across all types of markets.
NESTEC’s markets served include, but are not limited to, chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, pulp and paper, wood products, fiberglass, metallurgical, iron and steel, mining, electronic, hazardous waste, general manufacturing, municipal, power, and mining industries.
