NESTEC has a solid history of engineering and performing rebuilds of customers’ existing air pollution control equipment. Rebuilds may address issues that have arisen due to improper original design, operation outside of design parameters, corrosion/oxidation, and/or the effects of improper mothballing over long periods of idle time.
Capacity increases, expansions and controls are routine work for NESTEC. Changes to burners, fans, and heat recovery media can increase the throughput capacity of thermal oxidizers, and the addition of features such as heat recovery bypasses may increase the VOC treatment capacity.
Repairs, both large and small, are routinely performed by our service personnel or with the assistance of subcontractors.
