Des Champs Technologies Heat Exchangers

  Series 74 Plate Heat Exchangers:

The Z-Duct Series 74 counter-flow heat exchangers are modular in design, to be field-erected to handle up to 1000 CFM at temperatures to 200°F. The heat-transfer matrix consists of formed and folded 8-mil thick aluminum with truncated dimples formed into the plates to effect plate spacing that can be varied separately for each flow stream. Variable plate spacing allows maximum performance for each application.

 
Series 75 Plate Heat Exchangers:

The Series 75 line of of counter-flow heat exchangers consists of modules in increment of 2000 CFM from 4000 CFM to 12,000 CFM.

 
Series 79 Plate Heat Exchangers:

Series 79 counter-flow heat exchangers are modular in design to be field-erected for air flows to 100,000 CFM at temperatures to 200°F. Individual modules handle from 100 to 14,000 CFM.

 
Series 84 Plate Heat Exchangers:

The Z-Duct Series 84 counter-flow heat exchangers are modular in design, to be field-erected to handle up to 2000 CFM at temperatures to 200°F. The heat-transfer matrix consists of formed and folded 8-mil thick aluminum with truncated dimples formed into the plates to effect plate spacing that can be varied separately for each flow stream. Variable plate spacing allows maximum performance for each application.

 
Series 85 Plate Heat Exchangers:

The Series 85 counter-flow heat is designed to be a service module in industrial applications with particulate laden exhausts.  Series 85 heat-exchangers include modules with capacities from 4000 CFM to 30,000 CFM at temperatures to 450°F. Modules can be field arranged to accommodate larger CFM applications.

 
SPL:

The Z-DUCT SPL is a stationary, total-energy-transfer, air-to-air heat exchanger with essentially no air leakage between air streams and no moving parts.

 
Thermo-T:

The Thermo-T tubular heat-exchanger is designed to recover heat from energy-consuming processes up to 1800°F. Energy can be recovered and returned as process make-up air, used to preheat combustion air, or used for plant or office heating.

 
Thermo-Z:

The Thermo-Z plate-style heat-exchanger is designed to recover heat from energy consuming processes up to 1500°F. Energy can be recovered and returned as process make-up air, used to preheat combustion air, or used for plant or office heating.

 
VariMax IFRG:

Varimax IFRG combines Des Champs Technologies' heat-exchanger design with indirect heating technologies to deliver contaminant-free process-air with very high efficiency. Recirculation of the combustion gases allows the heater to attain an efficiency of 95 percent, 600°F (316°C) temperature rise and 1,000F (538C) discharge temperature, and a 40:1 turndown
